Glass pivot doors with a minimal aluminium frame

Our most popular pivot door system is made with a minimal anodized aluminium frame, available in 3 colors: silver, black and bronze. The frame can be fitted with any type of 6 or 8 mm thick tempered safety glass.

The frame is equipped with our "Stealth Pivot" pivoting hinges, designed specifically to be mounted on top of a finished surface, without the need for any built-in fixtures.

The frame is available for both normal sized doors as extra large pivoting room dividers, up to 2950 mm x 2250 mm.


Elegant glass patch fittings

The aluminium glass patch fittings are equipped with invisible 'Stealth Pivot' hinges and are available in 3 anodized colors. The glass patches can be fitted with any type of 10 mm thick tempered glass. They are designed to be mounted on top of a finished solid floor surface and solid or reinforced ceiling, without the need for any built-in fixtures.

The small version of our glass patches is designed for doors up to 75 kg and features an adjustable axis point that can be set up at either 80 mm or 178 mm, by simply turning the hinge inside the patch.  

The XL version is designed for large pivot doors up to 150 kg. The glass patch fitting can be mounted at 1/3 or in the centre, with a configurable swing operation of 180° or 360° like a carrousel.


Multipurpose aluminium frame that can be fitted with MDF, wood, Corian, ceramics or glass

Portapivot's 5045 system is sold as a self-assembly kit, that consist of the aluminium frame, a set of Stealth Pivot hinges and all the necessary assembly and installation accessories.

The anodized aluminium spaceframe can be finished with various materials such as MDF, Resopal Massiv, Hi-Macs, Corian, Ceramics, tempered glass, lacquered or mirrored glass, ... The aluminium frame is available in 3 anodized colors: silver, black and bronze.

The frame (50 x 45 mm) has a center space of 30 mm, which can be filled up with any material for stability or insulation purposes, such as PUR or EXPS, etc... and has a retracted area of 7.5 mm on both sides to receive a surface finishing sheet up to max. 7 mm thick. The finishing material should be glued upon the aluminum frame on both sides.
